My name is Roxanne Wallace
Roxanne is a born & raised in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. She has spent 10 years of her career working in a specialty ophthalmology practice gaining extensive experience practicing sterile technique whileworking with the eyes.She now focuses her attention full time on making others feel beautiful. She relocated to the North Huntingdon area in 2015 to start Flawless Finishes. Her down time is busy with being a loving dog-mom to Rex Tyson & Phoebe. Her attention to detail and perfectionist personality make her anamazing technician for permanent makeup application & lash extensions. She is fully licensed and insured, uses the highest quality iron oxide free pigments and most importantlyoffers a safe, clean, sterile environment for her clients.
