Roxanne is a born & raised in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.
She has spent 10 years of her career working in a specialty ophthalmology
practice gaining extensive experience practicing sterile technique while
working with the eyes.
She now focuses her attention full time on making others
feel beautiful. She relocated to the North Huntingdon area in 2015 to
start FlawlessFinishes. Her down time is busy with being a loving dog-mom
to Rex and Hunter.
Her attention to detail and perfectionist personality make her an
amazing technician for permanent makeup application & lash extensions.
She is fully licensed and insured, uses the highest quality
iron oxide free pigments and most importantly
offers a safe, clean, sterile environment for her clients.
